First of all, we are sorry for the payment fail inconvenience that you are having, most fail payments are usually because your card issuer bank does not approve the transaction.
Please make sure all these are checked :
- Make sure card information is filled up correctly : the 14 digits number, 3 digit CVC code & expiry date
- If you are using debit/prepaid card, maybe due to insufficient funds in your account. Make sure you have sufficient funds.
- Make sure the billing information that you fill up match your card information when you registered with your bank. Such as the address, zip/post code, country. The bank could use this to verify the authenticity of your payment to prevent credit card fraud.
- Make sure your card is activated/allowed for cross border transaction, our payment processor country is located in USA, make sure your card is activated for overseas usage, you can call up your bank to activate this.
- Alternatively, you can use your card with PayPal payment method, you don’t need a PayPal account for this, just choose PayPal at the checkout page, proceed then key in your card information at the PayPal page.
