How fast will you ship my item ?
We ship out your item within 24 to 74 hours after you made an order. We will email you the tracking information once we have shipped your order. We have multiple methods of shipping that takes different amount of time to deliver to your place from 3 – 4 days with DHL Priority to 9 – 15 days with EMS epacket. You can choose the shipping method at checkout page. However, not all countries have all the shipping methods available.
Where can you ship to ?
We can ship to anywhere worldwide except just a few countries that is in in unstable condition such as Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan etc
Where do you ship the product from ?
Most of our products are shipped from China, there are some from USA or Indonesia too.
Can you do the refund or exchange ?
Yes, we do refund and exchange with these conditions :
- If you have not received your item after maximum waiting time of 60 days, you will be fully refunded, if it’s not due to courier company who delay or item stuck at your country custom.
- If the item that you received is totally different from what you ordered, the item is spoiled/damaged, you are entitled for an exchange or refund, we will cover the shipping cost of you sending back to us if it is for refund. We will cover both cost of shipping back to us and back to you for exchange. This rarely happen though.
- Note that the shipping cost for you to send back to us and sending back to you will be covered by you if it’s not due to our mistake, such as you want to change the colour of a shirt you bought. Or you don’t want the product anymore even if the product is working but you want the refund, you only have to cover the shipping cost to our warehouse, we will process the refund of the product cost but not the refund of the shipping cost that you already paid before.
- Exchange or refund request has to be made within 14 days since you first received the item.
- In order for us to process the refund, you need to give us specific reason what happened to the product, such as why it’s unusable. You also must include a picture/video of the physical product that you receive, not picture on our website.
On case by case, sometimes we also do full/partial refund of the money back to you while you still keep the item. Or we resend the item to you again, while you get to keep the old one.

Why should I trust my money buying here?
We do understand fully that buying from a website that you haven’t heard of is a little difficult decision to make. We want to assure you that your money is protected from fraud by PayPal Buyer Protection, because you are paying your purchase via PayPal (note that you can also pay with credit card via PayPal without signing up a PayPal account). In case you didn't receive your item or item is significantly different from what you ordered, you can file dispute from PayPal for refund. We also process your payment via Stripe gateway which allow you to file dispute too.

What other cost I must be aware of ?
We will only charge for the item cost + shipping cost. Certain countries may have an import tax/GST for purchases exceeding a certain value. This amount is not covered by Yoibo and varies from country to country. Please check with your customs/border department for information regarding this. You don’t have to pay import duty though if we ship from the country where you are at.
Can I cancel an order ?
Once order that has been shipped or shipping has been booked, it’s not cancel-able. But for order that it’s still processing, it can be cancelled with a $1.00 fee, this is mainly due to the PayPal can’t refund us the processing fee that they charge on us.
Can I get discount for big quantity ?
Yes, if you need a large quantity such as more than 10 units, you can email us at [email protected] or contact us with live chat to get a more special price, we will send you a coupon code if you need.
