How to use:
Step 1. Apply the base coat to the chosen pattern on the stamp.
Step 2. Selected the nail polish you want, then paint the polish onto the face of the stamp, the more polish you paint, the better the effect will be.
Step 3. Scrape the excess polish on the paper as hard as you can.
Step 4. You can use cotton swab to dip in polish remover to wipe off the excess polish around the pattern.
