I ordered this on the 6th of December and it hasn’t f**king arrived yet. Its the 30th now and it has send it is on the way since the 10th. This is disgusting!! I’ve waited for this product for ages and I can’t even find a way to contact the provider. Worst purchase I’ve made in years. Either deliver now or I want my money back!!

Here it says already in Plymouth MC , which is the same city as yours, we predict it could reach you in the next 2 to 3 days.
Although our estimate says 10 to 17 days arrival in the UK with Express parcel, sometimes the logistics could take longer than that, as they fluctuate depending on many factors, plus now December is the most busy time for logistics, there will be a huge backlog due to the Christmas and New Year season, logistics also have holiday during Christmas and New year, also many people buy gifts will create lots of delay, this is out of our control.
